A lonely figure is seated in front of a window in order to conseal his identity, and rightly so. This is Alby, who is introduced by Rick Zimmermann as "one of the only people in Sunderland who has actually got a job". He goes on to ask "what's it like?".

Alby describes the hardships, isolation, fear and intimidation he faces as a working young man in Sunderland. How people demand drinks from him, and how he spends all of his hard earned wedge "paying full price" into places cos all the dole scum get in for nowt. Towards the end of the interview the stress and trauma of it all finally boil over and he breaks down. A barely audible "Tit" can be heard from our concerned interviewer. The sad violin music wafts around in the background. And thats it.
