We then cut to the inside of the main hall at the Bunker, 7th September, 1982, about 8.30pm.
On stage are Side Effects (John Emmerson, John Grabham and Matty). They have the dubious honour of being the first band ever to play the Bunker. They were also the first band to play the 'new' Bunker on Stockton Road.
The gig cost 50p to get in (you got a badge instead of a ticket - see posters and stuff section) and for that you got Tommy O's Dub War Disco, Side Effects and Patrick.
It is actually Patrick you can here on the video and not Side Effects, so I don't know what happened there. There are a few shots of people dancing about and a few shots of Patrick playing...
