After about 18 months of glorious mayhem at Green Terrace, a bad storm lifted the roof off the multi million pound Crowtree Leisure Centre next door to us and dumped it on our roof. It basically smashed it to bits and because the place was earmarked for demolition anyway, the council wouldn't cough up for repairs and we were served notice to quit.

We stripped all the lead off the roof, took it over the sheepfolds in a mini and went and got lashed on the proceeds.
